A walk on the Quayside
Photos and Words by Allen Ezial
In October of 2013, I ventured out to Seattle for the first time to explore the city on foot and discover the cuisine, museums, people and of course, coffee. Victrola Coffee Roasters was my favorite. There were too many good restaurants to…
Happy (Early!) December First Friday
December First Friday is here early — and it’s awesome. Make room in your photographic repertoire for the Hongdae Pak, a lens and film inspired by our fantastically creative Hipsta Family in South Korea.
The Yoona lens was designed for outdoor photography, and works especially well in bright light situations. Photos shot with the Yoona have warmed up highlights, marked with the perfect pop of contrast.
The Blanko 1 film is borderless, but adds a subtle, weathered texture to your photos. Reminiscent of prints discovered after years of being stashed in boxes and photo albums, the Blanko 1 film adds warmth and an instant layer of storytelling.
The Hongdae Pak is available now for Oggl members, and can be snapped up in Hipstamatic Classic for $0.99.
Enjoy the early First Friday gear, and see your beautiful faces on Oggl!
It’s safe to say it’s christmas.

"Mega Birthday Party"
What inspired your work?
This montage of scenarios distills the many aspects of Africa that make it so vibrant and rich in culture, whilst celebrating the birthday of the fragrance that took inspiration from it.
About the artist:
Kyle Platts grew up in Sheffield, England, and despite being told by a careers advisor to work in a steel mill rather than pursue a career as a cartoonist, he studied illustration at Camberwell College of Arts and graduated in 2011. Since graduating he has had great success as a freelance illustrator and has published two books with Nobrow Press, Megaskull and Festival Frenzy. Kyle’s comics aim to create a graphic reflection of culture, where macabre content is juxtaposed with vibrant colour and comic humour

London Back Street
Graphic Lamps by Delightfull
I love these floor, table and wall lamps based on different typefaces. There are some truly beautiful lights in their alphabet and numeral set. I think I need that slab serif ‘E’.
Thanks to @Mae84 for the awesome link.
A photographic journey between the buildings of a relentlessly growing city. It is a deep immersion into the city’s thick atmospheres and a visual record of its wildly diverse built environment.
Night Stroll by Tao Tajima
This is a really great little piece that shows illuminating geometric shapes coming to life on the streets of Tokyo.
